There are many common things to look for when
diagnosing technical problems and ways of thinking that can bring you closer to fixing them.
Understanding how to efficiently use your PC will give you a competitive edge in the workplace and
build a solid understanding of technology for years to come.

COURSE CONTENT:


• Understanding how the Personal Computer system and its components function.
• Learn the PC troubleshooting process and help desk support tips.
• Identify the different types of hardware, software and network problems and errors.
• Learn troubleshooting techniques to resolve all the mobile devices, computers, laptops, printers,
networks, and other hardware and software.
• Learn to crimp, patch, punch down and manage network cables and connections.
• Configure wireless connections and manage small office-home office routers and access points.
• Manage computer software, provide computer protection and backup files and keep systems up to
date.
• Use General maintenance tools to speed up your PC.
