• Learn troubleshooting techniques to resolve all the mobile devices, computers, laptops, printers,

• Learn to crimp, patch, punch down and manage network cables and connections.
• Configure wireless connections and manage small office-home office routers and access points.
• Manage computer software, provide computer protection and backup files and keep systems up to
