COURSE OVERVIEW:


Course prepares students to become certified food handlers by teaching safe food handling techniques and practices.

Personal hygiene, time, and temperature, preventing cross contamination, cleaning, and sanitizing.

At the end of the course the students take the official “safe serve” examination in order to be certified.
