Registered Nursing (RN) program prepares graduates to become Registered Nurses (RNs). The program integrates nursing theory, evidence-based research, and hands-on clinical practice to equip students with the skills needed to manage patient care in dynamic healthcare environments.
RN graduates are responsible for providing safe, evidence-based care to patients. They work under the supervision of senior medical staff and must follow strict protocols and procedures.
Tasks range from basic patient care to complex medical procedures. Nurses must be able to think critically, solve problems, and work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
