Timekeeper(s) at Ballast-Nedam

Availability: Available from Monday to Saturday

The timekeeper gathers and compiles employee timesheets across different departments, records the data and monitors/ correct errors found in reports.

Regarding the timekeeper, the following responsibilities and requirements would apply:

* Verify attendance of workers listed.
* Collect signatures at the end of the day.
* Record and calculate daily and weekly activities and (over)time worked.
* Compare attendance list and time sheets against clock data.
* Review time sheets for errors and make necessary corrections
* Update, print and scan time sheets, attendance, and activities list.
* Ensure time and attendance records are submitted on time within established deadlines.
* Inform SHE (Safety, Health and Environment Department) of new workers.
* No 9 to 5 mentality
*Available from Monday to Saturday.
*Applicant must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
