The NIPA Bistro is a simulated learning environment where our culinary and hospitality students bring their training to life. Designed to mirror real-world industry standards, the Bistro allows students to gain hands-on experience in food preparation, service, and guest relations. Under the expert guidance of our in-house instructors, students work diligently to deliver a Michelin star–worthy experience to every guest. This dynamic setting not only sharpens their technical and professional skills but also instills the high standards of excellence and attention to detail required in the culinary and hospitality industries.

Behind the Scenes
The Bistro is a live training lab for our:
Cook Program (Level 2) – Mastering fundamentals
Culinary Arts (Levels 3/4) – Advanced techniques & management
Proceeds support student learning experiences.
