The General Property Maintenance program prepares students to perform basic maintenance tasks such as landscaping, plumbing, welding, pool maintenance, and carpentry. Students gain practical, hands-on experience in maintaining residential and commercial properties.
Maintenance workers are responsible for performing basic maintenance tasks under the supervision of a manager. They must follow instructions and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Tasks range from basic maintenance to more complex repairs. Workers must follow standard procedures while also being able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
