The ICT Network Administrator/Manager program builds on the skills learned in the ICT Service Assistant program, focusing on advanced IT skills such as network management, information security, and server applications.
ICT Network Administrators/Managers are responsible for managing computer networks, ensuring security, and troubleshooting network issues. They work under the supervision of senior IT staff and must follow strict protocols.
Tasks range from basic network maintenance to complex security management. Administrators/Managers must be able to solve problems independently and work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
