  • The ICT Network Administrator/Manager program builds on the skills learned in the ICT Service Assistant program, focusing on advanced IT skills such as network management, information security, and server applications.

  • ICT Network Administrators/Managers are responsible for managing computer networks, ensuring security, and troubleshooting network issues. They work under the supervision of senior IT staff and must follow strict protocols.

  • Tasks range from basic network maintenance to complex security management. Administrators/Managers must be able to solve problems independently and work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
