  • The ICT Service Assistant program teaches students the basics of computer hardware and software configuration, setting up peripherals, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users.

  • ICT Service Assistants work under the supervision of a manager and are responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems. They must follow instructions and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Tasks range from basic hardware installation to complex software troubleshooting. Assistants must follow standard procedures while also being able to solve problems independently.

  • Graduates can pursue careers as:
